Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister, Amir Khan Muttaqi, has held talks with Norway’s special envoy for Afghanistan, Bjorn Hansen, on political and regional issues. According to reports, both sides also discussed expanding relations between Afghanistan and the international community and strengthening cooperation. Bjorn Hansen said notable progress has been made in Afghanistan in security, counter-narcotics efforts, and other areas, adding that more steps should be taken to normalize relations with the international community. Meanwhile, Amir Khan Muttaqi stressed that the stability established in Afghanistan has created a suitable opportunity for cooperation and development, and this opportunity should be used to expand joint cooperation.
