In a recent meeting, Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, the Minister of Economy and Chairman of the Committee for Attracting Aid for Returned Refugees, emphasized the need for increased collaboration between non-Emirate institutions and the returnees from abroad.
During the gathering, which included officials from various domestic and foreign organizations, Hanif addressed the challenges faced by returnees and outlined the essential support required to aid their reintegration into society. He expressed appreciation for the past support from these institutions but urged them to expand their efforts in critical areas.
The Minister highlighted the importance of initiatives focused on constructing shelters in residential settlements, establishing water supply systems, drilling drinking water wells, and developing public facilities such as schools, mosques, and community centers.
Representatives from non-Emirate organizations shared updates on their ongoing projects and expressed a strong commitment to collaborate with resettlement committees to attract additional aid.
