Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, Minister of Economy, met with Qatar’s Ambassador to Afghanistan, Dr. Mirdif Al-Qashouti, and called for Qatar’s cooperation in addressing the temporary and long-term needs of Afghan migrants returning from Iran and Pakistan.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Economy’s headquarters, where both sides discussed the needs of returning migrants.
The Minister of Economy expressed appreciation for Qatar’s cooperation and emphasized the importance of further assistance from Qatar in addressing the needs of returning migrants.
Meanwhile, Dr. Mirdif Al-Qashouti, Qatar’s Ambassador to Afghanistan, said he would convey the issues raised during the meeting to officials in Doha and follow up on cooperation in this regard.
