The Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee has approved a plan to build a commercial center in Jawzjan Province.
According to a statement from the Media Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, a proposal to develop a commercial center on municipal land in Sheberghan, the provincial capital was reviewed and subsequently approved following a thorough assessment.
Under the approved plan, the private sector will invest approximately AFN 23 million to construct a three-story commercial center featuring 54 retail units.
During the same meeting, the committee also reviewed a proposal to build a mixed-use commercial and residential complex on municipal land in the Seventh District of Kabul City, near Darul Aman Road.
After deliberations, this proposal was referred to the relevant authorities for technical and financial evaluation.
The authorities are expected to submit their findings to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the specified deadline.
