The Ghor Department of Economy announced that 173 development and infrastructure projects have been implemented in the province during the current year.
According to Bakhtar News Agency, Mullah Mohammad Nabi Khalid Mansour, Director of the Department of Economy in Ghor province, stated that since the beginning of the year, these projects have been carried out across various sectors in the province and its districts.
He added that among them, 58 projects, valued at 304,527,637 Afghanis, were implemented by the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in the sectors of government and public services, security and public safety, infrastructure and natural resources, economy, agriculture, education, culture, and religion.
Meanwhile, another 115 projects, costing 5 billion and 62 million Afghanis, were carried out by partner institutions in coordination with the province’s sectoral departments, covering the health, agriculture, and humanitarian aid sectors.
Of these projects, 41 have been carried over to 2026, while the remaining projects were implemented this year across 13 districts of the province.
