According to a statement from the Ministry’s media office, discussions centered around the import of high-quality medicines, medical supplies, and food products from Uzbekistan to Afghanistan. Both sides also addressed the sharing of laboratory results and the potential export of Afghan goods to Uzbekistan.
Mawlavi Hamdullah Zahid highlighted the significance of strengthening bilateral relations, emphasizing the need for quality exports in medicine and food products. He called for increased cooperation in sharing laboratory test results to benefit both countries.
The Uzbek delegation expressed their satisfaction with the existing health sector relations and reaffirmed their commitment to further cooperation in the discussed areas.
