The online visa appointment system of the Embassy is open to the Chinese visa applicants without any charge. The Embassy will never cancel any visa appointments, nor does the Embassy authorize any intermediary agencies to help the visa applicants fill in the visa application forms, get online appointments or submit the documents to the Embassy.
In order to avoid being deceived, it is recommended that visa applicants fill in the application form accurately, book an appointment online and submit necessary documents according to “Instructions for Chinese Visa Application” on their own. The visa applicants who does not make preparation by themselves should be responsible for any possible problems, such as the appointments are canceled and relevant disputes that might occur while accepting the services of intermediary agencies. In the case that deception happens, reporting evidence of relevant issues to the Afghan authorities is also suggested.
