Former President of Afghanistan, Hamid Karzai, traveled to Paktia province to attend the condolence ceremony of Shaheed Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani, the acting Minister for Refugees of the caretaker government. During this visit, Hamid Karzai met with the Minister of Interior, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, and expressed his condolences regarding the martyrdom of Shaheed Haqqani.
It is worth noting that a significant number of political figures, tribal elders, and citizens also traveled to Paktia to offer their sympathies to Shaheed Haqqani’s family. The Acting Minister of Interior, Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani, expressed his gratitude to Hamid Karzai, tribal elders, political figures, and all the compatriots who stood in solidarity with their family during this time of grief.
