There are preliminary reports that “suicide bombers” are in Dharamshala, a Sikh area of worship in Shorbazar area of Kabul, and are fighting with security forces, said Tariq Arian, a spokesman for Ministry of Interior. “More forces are arriving at the area,” he said.
An eyewitness claimed to have heard an explosion.
The incident began around 7:45 am local time in PD1 of Kabul city, said Arian.
