Tahiri said Deng Xijun, the special representative of China for Afghanistan and Pakistan, was also present at the meeting. Both sides discussed expansion of cooperation.
The Afghan-owned peace, regional consensus on the reconciliation effort and stability in the region were among the issues discussed, he added.
Daudzai thanked China for cooperation in various areas and urged it to play an effective role in Afghanistan reconciliation and in forging regional consensus on it as good neighbor of Afghanistan.
