The Awami National Party (ANP) has called for the inclusion of the Afghan government in the peace process.
At a meeting on Friday, the Pakhtun nationalist party’s provincial council discussed the stalled Afghan peace process
Chaired by ANP central president Asfandyar Wali Khan, the meeting underlined the need for the resumption of peace talks.
Both Pakistan and Afghanistan should make efforts to remove the bilateral distrust and improve their often tense relations for the sake of regional prosperity.
