Afghan man stabs two Americans in Netherlands

An Afghan man stabbed and injured two US citizens in the Netherlands on Friday, authorities said.
The victims were tourists who were visiting Amsterdam when they were attacked by the 19-year-old man.
The attacker was shot and arrested by police after the incident. He was hospitalized with injuries to his lower body and police said that he would be interrogated.
“All scenarios are taken into consideration, including a terrorist motive,” Dutch authorities said in a statement.
Earlier this week, Dutch police arrested a man suspected of threatening to attack MP Geert Wilders over his plans to hold a competition of cartoons depicting Prophet of Islam Mohammad(PBuH).
The politician cancelled the contest citing security risks.
