Afghanistan’s Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, and Acting Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi will lead a high-level delegation to attend the funeral ceremony of Iran’s former Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
According to reports, the delegation will participate in the official funeral ceremonies on behalf of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and will extend its condolences and sympathy to the Iranian government and people.
