The Minister of Mines and Petroleum, Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, met with the General Director of MCC-T and the head of MJAM, the contracting company of the Mes Aynak project, in his office.
According to a statement issued by the ministry, the MCC-T director discussed the project’s work progress, the implementation of contractual commitments, and the steps being taken by the company to provide electricity for the project.
He also submitted the technical and economic research report of the Mes Aynak project to the leadership of the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum.
Minister Badri stressed the need to accelerate the project’s implementation and said that the ministry is ready to provide all necessary cooperation to ensure its successful completion.
