Chaired by Alhaj Nooruddin Azizi, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, a significant meeting of the Committee for Regulation and Facilitation of Returning Traders and Industrialists was held, focusing on the reintegration of industrialists into the Afghan economy.
During the session, the committee reviewed the documents and work permits of four returning industrialists from Iran and Pakistan. These industrialists are engaged in various sectors, including nickel ware production, plastics, food products, construction materials, and dried fruit processing.
Minister Azizi emphasized the committee’s commitment to addressing the challenges faced by returning industrialists. “We have a responsibility to heal the pain of our nation,” he stated, highlighting ongoing efforts to ensure that rights are returned to their rightful owners.
The meeting concluded with a resolution to grant privileges to the approved documents of the returning industrialists, in accordance with the committee’s regulations. This initiative aims to bolster local industries and promote economic stability in the region.
