Kunar Earthquake: Death Toll Reaches 1,411 and Injuries Rise to 3,124

The Deputy Spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate has stated that the death toll from the earthquake in the eastern provinces has risen to 1,411, while the number of injured has reached 3,124. Hamdullah Fitrat wrote on his X account that more than 5,412 houses have been destroyed as a result of the quake. The earthquake, which struck the night before last, measured 6.2 on the Richter scale.
