In a meeting between Qari Din Mohammad Hanif, the Minister of Economy, and Dr. Nanda Awalis, the Chargé d’affaires of the Indonesian Embassy, the two officials discussed the potential for increased investment from Indonesian companies in Afghanistan.
Dr. Awalis expressed Indonesia’s strong interest in enhancing economic and trade ties with Afghanistan. he highlighted the readiness of Indonesian companies to invest across various sectors and announced plans to establish a “Chamber of Commerce and Industry” aimed at facilitating business connections between traders from both countries.
During the meeting, Minister Hanif took the opportunity to showcase Afghanistan’s economic potential, detailing various investment opportunities and the supportive environment available for foreign investors.
