Eleven historical and ancient artifacts were recently handed over to the Ghor Museum by security forces in Taywara district of Ghor province.
Mawlavi Abdul Hai Zaim, the head of the provincial information and culture department, confirmed the transfer, highlighting the importance of these artifacts in understanding the region’s rich history. The collection includes a variety of items such as a dish, ink, coins, rings, and buttons, all believed to date back to the Ghoryan period.
Zaim emphasized that the preservation of such artifacts is crucial for the cultural heritage of Ghor province, and he expressed gratitude to the security forces for their role in protecting these treasures.
