Mullah Abdul Haq Hamkar, Chief Executive Officer of Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), met with representatives of China’s Huishen and Helix companies to discuss investment in power equipment production and the professional training of technical personnel.
Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) announced that during the meeting, its Chief Executive Officer described the facilities and opportunities provided for investment in the electricity sector as a valuable opportunity for both domestic and international investors.
He emphasized that these measures enable investors to engage in relevant investment areas with confidence.
China’s Huishen company has expressed readiness to invest in Afghanistan in areas including staff training, maintenance of power network transformers, the establishment of a well-equipped technical laboratory, and the creation of a joint training center.
Meanwhile, Helix company has expressed interest in producing electricity transformers and related equipment and plans to establish a power cable manufacturing factory in Afghanistan.
