Reports: Pakistani Cargo Plane Goes Missing Over the Arabian Sea

According to reports, officials from Pakistan’s airport authorities said that a K2 Airways Boeing 737 cargo aircraft, flying from Sharjah to Karachi with five crew members on board, disappeared from radar and lost communication over the Arabian Sea, west of Karachi. Authorities said the aircraft had reported a technical problem shortly before contact was lost. Pakistan’s airport authorities added that search and rescue operations have been launched to locate the missing aircraft.
