Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, the Minister of Mines and Petroleum, recently met with investors from Tajikistan and China to explore investment opportunities in Afghanistan.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, the investors expressed their satisfaction with the favorable investment opportunities in the country. They also showed particular interest in constructing a cement factory in Kunduz province.
Minister Badri welcomed the investors’ enthusiasm for Afghanistan’s mining sector and assured them of the ministry’s full cooperation, adhering to legal frameworks to facilitate their endeavors.
