Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, the Minister of Energy and Water, affirmed the readiness for investment in power generation projects across Afghanistan. The Minister met with Dr. Hayatullah Atid, who leads a delegation of investors from Qatar, Turkey, and several African countries.
During the discussion, both sides emphasized the importance of collaboration in developing electricity generation projects from various resources. Minister Mansoor remarked that the current environment is conducive to investment, highlighting the potential for significant advancements in Afghanistan’s energy infrastructure.
To facilitate progress, the Minister proposed the establishment of coordination meetings between the technical teams from the Ministry and the investor delegation.
