The Baghlan Cement Factory is set to construct a third Ghori Cement Factory, incorporating advanced technology aimed at reducing environmental impact. Shafiullah Wahidi, the head of the factory, announced this development to the Bakhtar News Agency.
In light of the Islamic Emirate’s return to power, plans for the new facility are expected to materialize within the next one to two years. Wahidi emphasized that the current cement factories contribute significantly to environmental pollution, producing excessive soil and dust.
The introduction of the new factory is anticipated to not only improve production efficiency but also address environmental concerns. Once operational, the existing factories will be phased out, paving the way for a cleaner, more sustainable cement production process in the region.
