A powerful earthquake measuring 6.4-magnitude shook Afghanistan and neighboring countries on Thursday at 1:40pm.
The quake’s epicenter was in Jurm, in Badakhshan province, the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported.
The quake was felt in Kabul and other cities in Afghanistan, as well as parts of Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
So far, there is no information about casualties or damage.
