The Peace Village Organization announces that the handover ceremony of humanitarian aid by the Peaceland Foundation of China was held, on June 21, 2022, on the premises of the organization. The meeting was attended by representatives of relevant agencies of the country as well as representatives of the Peaceland Foundation and Chinese Embassy in Kabul.
At today’s meeting, 6939 pairs of jackets were handed over by Peaceland Foundation to the Peace Village Organization. Based on the survey, the humanitarian aid will be distributed in the Kabul and Bamyan provinces, as well as in four districts of Wardak province in the beginning of winter. The audiences of this aid are men, women and children in need, including schoolteachers, local doctors, athletes and orphanage children.
Peace Village Organization’s representative Safiullah Nasary asked appreciated the decision of Peaceland Foundation about opening an office of theirs in Kabul, assured them that they will work together for the development of Afghanistan.
Nasary also asked Peaceland Foundation to give them a hand of help in providing nutritional programs for the children and school students of Afghanistan. Additionally, Nasary suggested the Peaceland Foundation to help them in a program that they have in plan about the climate change which is hiring people in remote areas to dig water trenches in mountains, this in one hand will be to promote the climate change in Afghanistan, and in the other hand, jobs will be generated for people in need and they will be compensated with raw materials.
In the end Nasary also suggested the Peaceland Foundation to help them in providing healthcare services to people in remote areas by supporting clinics and hospitals with healthcare materials.
The leadership of the Peace Village Organization strives to do its utmost to alleviate the humanitarian crisis in the country and as a result, a civilized Afghanistan and a country with sustainable development will be achieved. Both humanitarian organizations try to diagnose problems and work out practical solutions.
