Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, met today in his office with Stephen Rodrix, Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), accompanied by his delegation.
According to the press office of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, during the meeting, Stephen Rodrix provided detailed information about the UNDP’s ongoing projects and activities. He stated, “We have implemented many high-quality development projects in collaboration with the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, and we will continue to do so in close coordination moving forward.”
Minister Mansoor emphasized the urgent need for extensive work to support the nation. He urged the UNDP to prioritize transparency in project implementation and focus efforts on underprivileged areas where assistance is most needed, to effectively address the challenges faced by the people.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to ongoing cooperation and coordination to foster sustainable development.
