During a visit to Kunduz, the Minister of Public Health, Mawlavi Noor Jalal Jalali, highlighted ongoing efforts to enhance the capacity of health workers across the region.
In a meeting Minister Jalali acknowledged the dedication of health workers and reaffirmed the ministry’s commitment to expanding and standardizing health services nationwide. Key initiatives include the establishment of cancer treatment centers, intensive care units, and improved diagnostic services.
Sheikh Mohammad Tahir Halim, Director General of the Ministry of Public Health, along with central heads and doctors from Kunduz Provincial Hospital, also contributed to discussions on current health services, responsibilities, and the pressing health needs of the community.
