Mullah Hamdullah Fitrat, deputy spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, reported that the Pakistani military regine launched drone attacks on civilian homes in the 29th Canal area of Ghani Khel district, Nangarhar province, at approximately 11:00 p.m. last night.
Fitrat stated that four residential houses were completely destroyed, resulting in the deaths of two civilians, including a woman, and injuries to two others. He emphasized that all victims were civilians and that there were no military targets in the area.
In a separate incident, a mortar shell struck a residential house in Dand Patan district, Paktia province, killing one civilian and injuring another.
These attacks come amid escalating tensions along the Hypothetical Line between the Afghanistan and Pakistani military regime.
