According to the High Commission for Refugees, a total of 593 families, comprising 2,467 individuals, have made their way back from Iran and Pakistan through various transit routes, including Torkham, Nangarhar, Spin Boldak, Kandahar, Islam Qala, Herat, and Nimroz.

The Commission reported that these returns included individuals who were forcibly repatriated. In response to their arrival, the Commission has mobilized efforts to provide essential services to these migrants. This includes the establishment of Registration, Stabilization, and Reception Committees, which are responsible for offering transportation, financial regulation, health services, and telecommunications support.

On registration and biometric data collection, the Commission distributed cash assistance and SIM cards to the returning families, ensuring they have the necessary resources to reintegrate into their communities. Additionally, arrangements have been made for the safe transfer of these families to their respective provinces.
