Three people, including Sayed Mahmood Sadat, in charge of NDS prosecutors’ office in Helmand, were killed in an explosion near the provincial police headquarters in the city of Lashkargah on Saturday morning, sources said.
His family said that two of his security guards were also killed in the blast.
