On the occasion of the Chinese Lunar New Year of the Dragon, the National Museum of China has selected over 200 cultural relics for an exhibition titled “A New Year Guarded by the Dragon.” This exhibition interprets the totem and symbol of the Chinese nation, the dragon, from the aspects of festival traditions, history, culture, and art, vividly presenting the rich connotations and profound values of Chinese traditional culture.
