Minister of Energy and Water, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, recently met with officials from the Turkish company “Kutay Ensat.”
According to the Ministry, as reported by Bakhtar News Agency, the Turkish representatives expressed a strong interest in investing in the construction of water and electricity dams and water supply projects in Afghanistan.
In response, Minister Mansoor welcomed their interest and proposed several key projects for potential investment, including: The Gambiri Irrigation and Power Generation Dam Project. The water supply project from Sayad to New Kabul. The water supply project from Lalandar Shatoot to Kabul
Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor assured the Turkish officials of full support and cooperation in facilitating investment in these initiatives.
Furthermore, the Turkish investors indicated their willingness to conduct technical research and advance investment phases, reaffirming their commitment to collaborate closely with the Ministry of Energy and Water.
