Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, Minister of Mines and Petroleum, recently assessed the status and technical progress of the Qosh Qari field in the Amu Darya oil field during his visit to northern of the country.
According to the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum, Minister Badri assesses various wells and oil reserves, expressing satisfaction with the extraction and operational work carried out by Afghan experts following the withdrawal of the contractor.
During his visit, the minister met with site staff and engineers, commending their dedication and urging them to conduct mining operations with high standards, while emphasizing the importance of environmental protection.
“We have complete confidence in you that you can perform better than anyone else,” he stated. The staff and engineers took this opportunity to discuss their challenges with the minister, assuring him of their commitment to work with increased honesty and transparency.
