Kabul Municipality Reclaims Seized Land in District 11

Kabul Municipality officials reclaimed 5.5 jeribs of land in the Labjar area of District 11. The announcement was made by Mawlawi Zabiullah Nabi Khail, the head of District 11, who emphasized that this land had been illegally seized by usurpers who constructed unauthorized structures over the years.

Speaking to the media, Nabi Khail highlighted the municipality’s commitment to addressing land misuse. “These structures were identified and removed, ensuring that the land is now under the control of Kabul Municipality,” he stated. The reclaimed area is set to be utilized for upcoming development plans aimed at benefiting the community.

The municipality’s efforts do not stop here; Nabi Khail revealed plans to reclaim additional seized lands across various locations in District 11 in the near future. “We are determined to eliminate opportunistic and lawless activities that exploit government properties,” he added, assuring the public that the municipality will not tolerate further illegal encroachments.

Kabul Municipality is actively working to safeguard public land and implement development initiatives that will enhance the quality of life for residents.
