A delegation from Iraqi companies expressed their interest in investing in Afghanistan’s power projects during a meeting with the Director General of Sustainable Energy at the Ministry of Energy and Water.
Mawlawi Abdulrahman Rahmani, the Director General of Sustainable Energy, met with officials from the Al Raji Group of Companies. They discussed potential investments in electricity generation projects from various sources.
Mawlawi Rahmani welcomed the group’s investment interest and urged them to coordinate with the ministry’s technical team for project selection.
The Iraqi company officials promised to soon share their financial and technical proposals with the relevant ministry officials.
