President Ashraf Ghani left Kabul for Turkey on Sunday morning to attend the 8th Heart of Asia-Istanbul Process Conference.
Presidential spokesman Sediq Sediqqi told Pajhwok Afghan News Ghani would address participants of the event in Turkey.
He added the president would also meet leaders from different countries on the sidelined of the conference.
