Three people, including former TOLOnews journalist Yama Siawash, were killed in an explosion in Makrorayan-e-Char area in Kabul’s PD9 on Saturday morning, his family confirmed.
Kabul police said the explosion happened at around 7:30am on Saturday morning.
The explosion was a magnetic IED blast that targeted a vehicle carrying the former journalist and two others, according to police.
