An explosion went off close to a compound of the Afghan Special Forces in Kabul, the security officials confirmed.
Nusrat Rahimi, a spokesman for the Ministry of Interior confirmed that the explosion took place in Reshkhor area of Kabul.
Rahimi further added it is yet clear what caused the explosion.
