Iranian media reports that the airstrikes also claimed the lives of top nuclear scientists and other key figures. The unprecedented escalation marks one of the region’s most volatile flashpoints in years.
In anticipation of further attacks, Israel has already begun intercepting drones outside its borders. Evacuations were carried out in areas expected to be targeted, particularly as air raid sirens blared across several Israeli cities, including Tel Aviv. The country’s army confirmed the detection of a missile coming from Yemen, adding to the ongoing tensions. Authorities rushed citizens into bomb shelters to avoid potential missile strikes.
