In a recent meeting, Qari Hamidullah Tamkin, Cultural Attaché of the Ministry of Information and Culture in Turkey, discussed the importance of enhancing scientific and cultural cooperation with Suleyman Soylu, Chairman of the Parliamentary Affairs Commission and Deputy of the Justice and Development Party of Turkey.
According to the Bakhtar News Agency, Soylu highlighted the significance of the gathering for expanding cultural, scientific, and religious relations between Afghanistan and Turkey. He noted that the relationship is grounded in shared Islamic, historical, and cultural values that continue to grow stronger over time.
Tamkin acknowledged Turkey’s longstanding support for Afghanistan in various sectors, including education, culture, and social initiatives. He expressed optimism that bilateral cooperation will further expand in the future.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides agreed on the necessity of conducting similar gatherings to solidify friendly relations, share experiences, and enhance joint cultural and scientific cooperation.
