Brewing China Taste in Ceylon Tea

The China-Sri Lanka Readers Forum on Xi Jinping: The Governance of China (Volume V) was held on July 3 in Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.
During the discussion session, Yang Yu, a scholar specializing in Xi Jinping Thought on Economy and editor-in-chief of China Development and Reform News, said that opening up is a defining feature of Chinese modernization, and that China and Sri Lanka have achieved fruitful cooperation with enormous potential for future collaboration.
His remark reminded me of a vivid case. While Chiranjaya Udumullage, a Sri Lankan live-streamer introduces Ceylon Tea to Chinese customers, a China taste is brewed in local tea plantations. Tea lovers can raise their cups in relief knowing that the quality of each sip is guaranteed by Chinese green solutions.
