Foreign Minister Mawlavi Amir Khan Muttaqi held a meeting with Saudi Arabia’s Ambassador to Kabul, Faisal Talq Al-Baqmi, to discuss the recent Urumchi talks and broader regional developments.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Muttaqi stressed that ongoing negotiations with Pakistan must not be hindered by technical obstacles.
Ambassador Al-Baqmi expressed Saudi support for Afghanistan’s political stability, security, and economic development while reaffirming Riyadh’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.
