The Ministry of National Defense announced that in response to Thursday’s aggression by Pakistan’s military regime, Afghanistan’s air forces launched strikes this morning targeting key military centers and facilities of the Pakistani army in the Kohat area of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to the ministry’s statement, the Kohat military base was struck, alongside the war command center located across the Durand Line approximately two kilometers from the base, and the office of the base commander.
The operation reportedly destroyed military facilities within the base, the command center, depots, and soldiers’ living quarters, inflicting significant human and material losses on Pakistani forces.
The ministry emphasized that these strikes were carried out in direct response to Pakistan’s recent acts of aggression.
Earlier today, Friday, Mawlavi Zabihullah Mujahid, spokesperson for the Islamic Emirate, stated that Pakistan’s attacks on parts of Afghanistan would not go unanswered and that such acts of aggression and crimes would be met with appropriate responses.
