The Laghman Municipality has announced the ongoing implementation of numerous construction and development projects in Mehtarlam, the provincial capital, creating job opportunities for 450 local residents.
Lal Agha Ebrahimi, head of media for the Municipality of Mehtarlam, reported to Bakhtar News Agency that these projects, which have a total cost of 60 million Afghanis, are being executed in collaboration with partner organizations.
Local laborers involved in these projects expressed their satisfaction with the employment opportunities generated. They noted that since the establishment of the Islamic Emirate, there has been a noticeable increase in rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts throughout the country, allowing thousands to participate in these vital projects.
