“Our number of patients is still the same as in previous days. Currently we have 148 patients in beds while 13 others are waiting for beds,” said Tariq Ahmad Akbari, the head of the Afghan-Japan Hospital.

Ahmad Shah, a family member of a patient, said: “First we took our patient to a private hospital, and they asked us to find oxygen. We looked everywhere but could not find any. There is a shortage of oxygen these days.”
