The Afghanistan Humanitarian Access (HAG) has recorded 77 incidents that impacted access to humanitarian assistance in April, compared to 85 incidents in March.
With 30 incidents linking to Covid-19 and its response, the remaining 47 incidents remained a significant increase to in April 2019, indicating a continuing challenge to access environment for humanitarian organizations, the HAG said in a statement.
Access impediments related to C-19 outbreak and its response by 17 April, 33 out of 34 provinces had imposed lockdown measures, varying across provinces.
