Afghanistan gets permanent membership of AIIB

Afghan Ministry of Finance said in a statement that Afghanistan had received the certificate of permanent membership to the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

The Afghan Finance Ministry said on Friday that it would grant tax breaks for up to three years to business owners who invest in the industrial sector.

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT) is working on a draft plan, suggested by the president, to lower the cost of internet services to the public. 

Development and reconstruction projects worth 648 million afghanis are being executed in eastern Nuristan province, an official said on Monday.

The Ministry of Public Works (MoPW) signed the “Trans-Hindukush Road Connectivity” Project with a Chinese company in presence of President Ashraf Ghani, on Sunday.
