At least 30 people, including 10 civilians, were wounded in a car bomb explosion in the southern province of Kandahar on Sunday evening, local officials said.
The car bomb blast happened near the police headquarters in Maiwand district of the province at around 8pm local time, officials said.
Health officials in Mirwais hospital in Kandahar said 23 wounded, including 10 civilians, were brought to the hospital.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.
