At least three civilians, including a woman, were killed in a roadside mine blast in the northeastern province of Kapisa on Wednesday morning, said Shayeq Shoresh, a spokesman for the provincial police chief.
The incident happened in Tagab district on Wednesday morning when the civilian’s vehicle struck a roadside mine, said Shoresh.
“The roadside mine was placed by the Taliban,” he said.
No group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the blast.
